Looks kind of like Oakshire’s nascent barrel room, circa 2010.
The photos were taken in July of 2004 at Allagash Brewing in Portland, Maine. Those barrels contain the first batches of Curieux, a tripel aged in bourbon barrels. Allagash is holding a video contest to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Curieux. Details are here.
