An uncomfortable blend of ‘story about novelty drinking game’, ‘inappropriate use of breathy, soft-focus GBH prose’, and ‘massive photo dump of awkward sweaty white dudes’.
Dunno, but this is the first story or mention I’ve heard of the beer mile in years — seemed to be a thing a few years ago, and then seemed to drop down in press awareness to a level below, say, competitive eating or butter sculpture for state fairs!
