For the first time, no reader knew where last week’s photo was taken. In Douglas, Alaska, of a building that could have been the first home of Alaskan Brewing.

Is it that place where the Belgian Smurfs live?
I don’t remember that from the Achouffe brewery. So I’ll go with the nice café that’s just across the road from the brewery.
That picture seems to fit the marketing image of the Tommyknocker Brewery in Idaho Springs, CO. I’ve never been up there yet but it would seem to fit the bill.

Achouffe has its own cafe, which was fairly busy when we were last Sunday. And the parking lot was jammed, because lots of people were at the separate store, buying beer by the crate. Several of the cars had GB tags.
