Neat! Just asking, do you think something like this could be done with malts?
I’d love to see somebody tackle it.
It requires being a little bold – being willing to differentiate between flavors/aromas not obviously different: citrus, fruit, stone fruit, and tropic fruit. Not everybody will agree, but they don’t need to. This is a tool for brewers. Not a pass/fail quiz for drinkers.
