Going dark and taking beer
We’re headed into Yellowstone National Park, then on to Grand Teton, so I’m not expecting to post here the rest of this month.
Don’t worry about us. We’ve got beer from Grand Teton Brewing and Snake River Brewing to get us through the thirsty moments.
See you in July.

I recommend going via Missoula, Mont., and visiting Bayern Brewing’s tasting room. I have not been there; but, Bayern Pilsener is the best bottled pilsener I have found within a sustainable radius after an extensive search.
Due to Bayern Pilsener I have defined ‘local’ as a long days drive, 600 miles.
From their website, they do six year round and 5 seasonal beers. Further two of their four brewmeisters were trained in Germany.
