Fantasy Beer Dinner: Who would you invite?

If you could invite four people dead or alive to a beer dinner who would they be?

What four beers would you serve?

Yes, I want your answers.

First, to jump start everybody’s brain I asked a few folks known to drink beer these questions. The resulting answers were way too cool to jam into a single post, so instead I’m making it a series — which might be a little strange in a blogging format. We’ll see.

You’ll find the list of full length Fantasy Dinners here.

If you’d like to participate by writing one of that length drop me an e-mail. Or post your list in comments here or after any of the other lists.

I’m about to show you how.

  1. Stan Hieronymus Says:

Even though this was my idea and I sent out the first e-mails weeks ago I’m not close to picking four beers.

But I do have my guest list:

    - A.A. Applegate, my great grandfather. A berry farmer who also was the local correspondent for two area newspapers.
    - Woody Guthrie.
    - William Shakespeare.
    - Tom Wicker.

I would have to say Benjamin Franklin, (an avid beer enthuisiast), William Shakespeare, Einstein, and Abraham Lincoln
