Last month at the National Homebrew Conference during his presentation about “wet hops” Jamie Floyd of Ninkasi Brewing<\/a> said what makes wet hop\/fresh hop\/harvest hop beers special is “that fresh hop zing<\/em>.”<\/p>\n
