He follows up on the <a href=\"http:\/\/appellationbeer.com\/blog\/?p=14\">New Scientist report<\/a> that wine are a less than perfect match with a terrific list of beer and cheese pairings.<\/p>\n<p>A few suggestions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goat cheese with a Belgian Saison such as Dupont.<\/li>\n<li>Havarti Light with Bud Light, Miller Light.<\/li>\n<li>Triple Cream Brie with Lion Stout.<\/li>\n<li>Stilton with barley wines such as Sierra Nevada Big Foot, J.W.
