Could be an English brown ale - on the sweet side, not too much hops, but the darker color lets the drinker know he or she is drinking something different.

I have a friend who went from Coors Light to Michelob Amber Bock to Samuel Adams Cream Stout (but not to have more than one). He&#039;s drinking on a budget, so considers Samuel Adams Light a splurge.</description>
