Helen -

A couple more contenders are Sam Calagione's "Brewing up a Business" and the Brewers Association's "Starting Your Own Brewery," which was updated this year.

Nice to see most of the titles i've read or plan to...
Now how about some beer business books? Anything out there on how to start a brew/beer pub? I would nominate Beer school : bottling success at the Brooklyn Brewery as the closest approximate...

Timely post, with xmas and my very own bday coming up soon, it was good to pass on to family to see how this pans out. I may or may not have bought a couple books on this list as gifts for beer-loving friends this year... and Lucy Saunders may or may not have signed them at GABF. Great choices for the cooks.

Another good option could be for the beer fans who like them Belgian Ales, a book called "Brew Like a Monk". I suppose it's safe to assume that everyone reading this already has their copy though. Right?
