The young boy makes the mistake of complaining about the food the first night, not knowing that the crew's tradition is that whoever complains about the food becomes the new cook. (The boy accidentally drops soap in the beans one night, leading a crewman to exclaim, "Boys, these beans taste SOAPY!" An expectant pause as he considers what he's said... "And you know I love soapy beans!") So I won't say anything along the lines of "What ever happened to Sessions in which we actually drank beer?" Cuz you know I LOVE soapy beans!
