As the Director of Marketing for Flying Dog, I’ll respond to the question posed regarding the content. We definitely want restaurants, brewpubs, homebrewers and even our fellow craft brewers to submit content. In fact, the long-term success of this website is depentdant on it.

Although we will certainly let people simply promote Beer Dinners, by just submitting the basic information: time, date, place, cost, etc. – we encourage everyone to submit pictures, recipes and reviews. The more information, the better!

One of the things I like about the site is that it shows people how to do this at home, even if it is just one or two courses from the menu. So recipes on how to prepare the course is extremely important.
