No. Might be possible, in theory, but much more expensive that the “natural” method.

I agree with Pivni, with the simplicity of this new approach to brewing. I never would have thought of it. I hope I will be able to get to sample some of these beers.

Nice to see they are not brewing something “extreme”, but something “simple”, the kind most people really want to drink.

On the other hand, aren’t all these “Belgian IPA’s” doing something very similar? Of course, they aim at a more limited market than these ones seem to.

I’ve seen that epigram in a Randy Mosher book, unquoted, though I don’t know that he’s the first to use it. Great quote, whoever said it.
