Polish homebrewers, in their own words
Polish homebrewers established the Polish homebrewers’ association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Piwowarow Domowych) last week and made this wonderful video (with subtitles).

It is indeed, wonderful. It is one of the eternal mysteries why there is no good beer culture in Poland, given its history and neighbours. or perhaps it’s because of its history and neighbours…
For those that can read polish, there’s some excellent content on browar.biz, including histories of breweries long gone.
