Plus, here in Mass we will have a new 6.5% sales tax on the good stuff, which is a shame considering all the local breweries in the state that will be losing business as a result. @SteveH

Some of the singles were priced more than six packs -- and I just couldn't bring myself to buy a 22 oz. IPA for $9, let alone something Belgian-like for $11 or $12. I thought about this statement yesterday as I was looking for a single bottle (.5L or 22 ouncer) to enjoy on a sultry Wednesday afternoon. Some of the singles were priced more than six packs — and I just couldn’t bring myself to buy a 22 oz. IPA for $9, let alone something Belgian-like for $11 or $12. It really is getting crazy.
