		<description>On that Portland restaurant thing, it&#039;s worth making a note for those who may not be familiar with Portland&#039;s economy.  Generally speaking, we&#039;re not suffering quite as bad as the rest of the country.  Unemployment is high, but house values aren&#039;t falling as fast (in Bend it&#039;s very bad, but not Portland).  So a good section of the population should be feeling relatively good, but they don&#039;t seem to be going out to eat as much.  I fear it&#039;s only just beginning.</description>
