I think the situation in CZ is rather different than in other countries. Regional breweries are not really to blame for those decades of lack of investment, it was the regime&#039;s fault. They were all nationalised once the Communists took over and only a couple of breweries were allowed to export, PU and Budvar among them.

What happened from 1990 on to some of them it was in a few cases their fault. Bad management and investments, basically.</description>
