They&#039;ve got riffs going on a lot of varieties. I would characterize most as medium to low alpha with really interesting aromatic qualities (this is after rubbing and smelling, before having any in beer).

So you might think European? But many show no European genetics.

Meanwhile some plants were totally unique to the USDA germplasm.

Beyond the science, of course, is what they might add to beer. We&#039;ll see.

I tell you, though, the grilled corn and massive heirloom tomatoes we had last night with dinner were A+. Tto use somebody&#039;s rating scale ;&gt;)</description>
