Brewing with wheat: Input welcome

I’ve mentioned more than once that I’m working on another book for Brewers Publications. We’re calling it “Brewing with Wheat.” The sub title hasn’t been finalized, the challenge being to convey that I’ll be writing about Belgian White/Wit beers, German Weiss/Weizen biers, American Wheat beers and a host of other beers that simply won’t die (Berliner Weisse, Gose, etc.).

While I look for campgrounds where I can hole up to write but Daria and Sierra can still find interesting stuff to do you can contribute to making the book better.

As when I was writing “Brew Like a Monk” I’ve set up a website where readers/brewers can suggest what they/you want to read about beers brewed with wheat.
