We have put together many meals with the help of this book. My wife and I have a passion for Belgian beer and food (and jazz), so we made a sign for our house that says to our guests that they are "Now Entering Little Belgium." Our motto, or subtext, is "Everyone Eats <i>and Drinks</i> Well in Little Belgium." This is one of our (my wife and I) favorite cookbooks. We have put together many meals with the help of this book.
