How times change. Back then, this menu would have been cutting edge, truly an "out there" experience. Now, looking over the beers being paired with the four courses, it seems almost, dare I say?, pedestrian. That was only 13 years ago. This is a great reminder of how much we take for granted the bounty of brands, styles and flavours we enjoy today. 1994, eh? How times change.
