Don't go looking for a class in how to brew, but do expect to walk away with a better understanding of the relationship between this brewery and the tiny Texas town where it has operated for 100 years. For instance. One employee worked there 63 years. And they are generous with the samples. And the answer is . . . the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas.

Excellent public tour. Don’t go looking for a class in how to brew, but do expect to walk away with a better understanding of the relationship between this brewery and the tiny Texas town where it has operated for 100 years.
