Looks like Victory’s tasting room in Downingtown, PA. I do like their beer, just have to be careful with the Golden Monkey because the monkey does bite back!
The photo was taken at the 1516 Brewpub in Vienna (Austria) where Victory HopDevil actually comes out the tap. It’s not exactly the same as the beer you’d get in the US, but Victory co-founder Bill Covaleski helped with the recipe and brewing the first batch. You can find details here.
1516 it not quite like any other European brewpub we’ve come across. As well as HopDevil there was a Wild Hop ale, for instance.
